The Sole Vibe comes with three preset programs. I couldn’t find the length of each program listed on the website, so I timed it out, and they each took about 10 minutes. You can also choose steady vibration and customize the intensity and heat.
The Refresh Mode’s steadily climbing intensity helps with general foot pain and soreness. The Circulation Mode stimulates blood flow as it builds and then lowers the vibration intensity. The Deep Release Mode features bursts of more intense vibrations designed to release tension.
Each side of the Sole Vibe is designed to address different foot problems. The Hot Stone Surface heats up and offers targeted pressure. There are two heat settings that you can turn on during any of the programs. The Acupressure Surface creates a textured massage for your entire foot. You can choose either side during any of the programs or in the manual mode.
If you don’t want to do a preset program, you can choose the manual mode and customize the heat and vibration level and heat.

Perfect for at Your Desk — and Everywhere Else

I sit at my desk a lot during the day, and it’s super easy to put the Sole Vibe on the floor and let it do its thing while I’m working. I really like that the programs are timed, so I don’t have to do anything besides push the button and keep doing what I’m doing. After the first program finishes, I switch feet and start a new one.
When my husband uses it, he’ll usually sit on the couch or the side of the bed. Because it’s pretty compact, it can go anywhere you need it.
It Works for Ankles and Calves, Too
Beyond keeping your feet in good shape, the Sole Vibe is also great for sore ankles and calves. All you have to do is place it in the affected area and turn it on, choosing the program or heat and intensity level that you need.
The Vibrations Are Powerful and a Bit Noisy

This isn’t a total con, and it comes with the territory, but the stronger vibrations can make quite a bit of noise. This isn’t a big deal when I’m at home by myself, but it could be disturbing to someone watching TV or talking if you’re in the same room. If you want to keep things a little quieter or gentler, you can choose the lowest manual setting.
In My Expert Opinion

If you struggle with foot pain, the Chirp Sole Vibe is a great product to help you work through it. It does cost around $140 which can feel like a big investment. But if it saves you even one trip to a massage therapist, you’ve almost covered the cost. It can also be used by multiple people, so if you have a few people in your family who could benefit from it, it can be a really good investment.
My favorite is the refresh mode on the hot stone side because I like the heat and that it intensifies steadily throughout the program.
