If your kitchen aesthetic is important to you, you might be disappointed with how many air fryers look. I know I have.
Up until recently, most air fryers had a clunky, “spaceship-like” design that were an eyesore on my kitchen counter. There’s no doubt that an air fryer is a modern essential we all rely on (much more than a microwave for me), but who says air fryers can’t be stylish too?
Cosori is an air fryer name that’s been around for years. I’ve owned two Cosori air fryers in my lifetime, one of which was my first-ever air fryer. Both machines functioned perfectly, but never quite matched my ideal kitchen aesthetic. So when I saw the release of the stainless steel Cosori Iconic air fryer, I was excited to give it a try.

Sleek and stylish
It’s obvious that this stainless steel appliance is made to stay on top of your kitchen counters. The ultra-shiny stainless steel appearance adds a touch of elegance to your kitchen (especially if you have other stainless steel items in your kitchen).
Upon opening the box, I was very impressed with the packaging and how everything was neatly arranged to avoid scratches and damages during the shipping process.

Functionality
One thing to notice about this air fryer is that the basket is very deep. If you’re someone who cooks lots of fried foods (think frozen french fries), you may like the volume capacity of this basket.
On the flip side, you can still only cook one layer at a time, unlike with some air fryers that have multiple trays. When shopping for an air fryer, I recommend considering how much you plan to cook at once.
Usage and Display
The modern display of this air fryer is pretty simple to navigate. Just select your desired temperature and time and hit “play”.
I like that this one has a pretty low minimum temperature setting compared to other appliances I’ve tried that seem to only go down to 250 degrees, or so. There are a total of six settings, which give you a lot of flexibility to adjust to cook whatever you need.

In My Expert Opinion
If you’ve had any Cosori air fryer in the past, it’s safe to say you won’t need to read the manual on this one. Cosori air fryers all operate more or less the same.
Besides a quieter fan, I couldn’t notice much difference in cooking than other models from this brand I’ve tried.
If you already have a perfectly solid air fryer, you may find that this isn’t worth the splurge. However, if you’re looking for a “prettier” air fryer to jazz up your kitchen counter, the Cosori Iconic Air Fryer is the answer.
The other reason to upgrade your air fryer (beyond beautifying your counter space) is for healthier cooking.
Unlike past air fryers, the Cosori Iconic Air Fryer features a stainless steel structure that uses minimal plastic and premium tempered glass. Like other Cosori air fryers I’ve used, the tray and basket easily separate for fast cleaning.
