I’ve only tried the “Sunset” shade of the Kevyn Aucoin Beauty The Neo-Blush, and it happened to work out perfectly for my skin tone. However, there are three other gradient shades to choose from depending on your preferred look. The Sunset shade is a warm, orange-to-deep coral color that shows up beautifully on tanned skin. It’s a perfect shade for summer. The other colors available in The Neo-Blush include Grapevine, Pink Sand, and Rose Cliff. I would imagine that all of the other shades are just beautiful as this one.
Blendability and Coverage
Blendability is one of the most important components of a blush. I really like how easy this blends in for a powder blush, without getting washed away. The gradient design gives you a customizable look with a bit of pearl, satin, and matte finishes all in one blush.
The texture is very finely milled, which makes it really easy to blend into your foundation. Many blushes I’ve tried just seem to melt away, but this one stays pigmented while delivering a natural finish. Although the price point is a little high for a blush, it’s worth the splurge in this luxury blush due to its high pigmentation. Also, a little goes a long way, so I don’t see you needing much of this product for daily use.
