I have very long hair, as you may know from my other haircare reviews. It takes a lot of work to keep it shiny and tangle-free, so I’m always on the hunt for great products that don’t break the bank.
I was fortunate enough to get my hands on the Glossy Pearl Collection by Luseta, and I was pleased to find that they really ticked off all the boxes of my haircare needs.

The first product I tried was the hair mask. I’ve recently started alternating between conditioner and once-a-week hair masks in order to keep my hair softer and tangle-free between washes.
The hair mask I use the most is Dove Intensive Repair mask, so that’s really my only comparison. I find the Glossy Pearl hair mask (infused with real pearl extract, which I didn’t know was a thing!) to be very effective in allowing my hair to be instantly brushable post-shower. This is RARE for me — just ask my hairdresser.
I have a lot of hair and it’s quite fine, so I tangle easily. Luseta’s hair mask smells nice and clean, lightly floral, but has a slightly thinner texture than most hair masks I use. It’s still just as effective, however, so don’t let that fool you! I highly recommend this hair mask for anyone who wants a smooth shine that lasts.

If you’ve read my haircare reviews before, you know I’ve tried a number of serums. This one in particular is focused around shine, which is great, because when you have long hair like I do, the last thing you want is for it to look dull.
Luckily, this works great for shiny locks! Another serum I had bought for shine was Oribe Gold Lust, which had great reviews, but I would never buy it again. It was incredibly expensive, and I hated it because it made my hair look greasy — shiny in all the wrong ways.
Glossy Pearl Hair Shining Serum is perfect! It’s light and almost weightless, but provides beautiful shine anyway. For me, that’s a plus. I don’t want to feel weighed down by products! I definitely recommend it.

- More expensive than drug store (but less than salon).
Here’s a photo I took after using the hair mask and shining serum. Note: I’d been using the mask once a week for a month at this point, so there’s been a lot of loyalty to this product!
As you can see, my hair is shiny and under control! This was after I had washed and dried it hours before, and it still has stayed just as tame and shining as ever. I love Glossy Pearl products and plan to continue using these in my haircare routine, and so should you!
