Although I had no problems getting the toasting shade I wanted across English muffins, bagels, and all thicknesses of breads, Lotus clearly notes that the Four Slice is not intended to toast breakfast pastries like Pop-Tarts and frozen strudel.
Since these premium toasters cost $450 each, I’m going to take their recommendation to heart and use the toaster oven for those treats instead.
