I probably sound like a broken record, but I just love SharkNinja products. Not only are they always coming out with new innovations designed to make life easier, but their products are trustworthy, durable, and sleek.
As we creep into the true heart of summertime, I kept seeing ads for the new Ninja Frost Vault Cooler. I took this cooler down the beach and put it to test during a recent BBQ. Here’s what functionalities I loved and how the Ninja Frost Vault Cooler held up to the test.

Colors and Sizing
From a visual standpoint, you can’t beat the look of any of Ninja’s products. Ninja has designed the Ninja FrostVault to look sleek and sophisticated. I chose the 65 QT size of this cooler, the largest in the line up.
But if you don’t quite need as much as space as I do for beverages, Ninja also offers other sizes to accommodate. The Ninja Frost Vault also comes in a 30 quart and 42 quart cooler sizes (with wheels) for smaller cooler needs.
The color selection on this product is also great. I chose the classic gray. (I tend to like the boring, neutral colors). However, Ninja also offers lots of bright, fun colors such as Shore Break, Summer Nights, and Lakeshore Blue. (I like what they did with these color names!)

Functionality
Having a pretty cooler is only great if it works. The functionality of your cooler is really what matters. Now, time to answer the biggest question: Did it keep my cans cool? Absolutely. When stored properly with ice, everything stayed super cool for hours while out in the heat on our back deck.

Right from the time of unboxing, I felt that the Ninja Frost Vault Cooler had a very sturdy construction. If you’ve tried any other of SharkNinja products, you probably have noticed their design is a key factor in their products. However, this was the first time I tried one of Ninja’s outdoor products and I’m certainly impressed.
The food storage tray underneath is a nice feature, keeping cans and drinks away from food products. This makes it easy to grab a snack out of the cooler without having to dig through dozens of cans. Even though I haven’t used this feature yet, I’m excited to try packing for a day picnic with it.
The wheels on the Ninja Frost Vault Cooler felt smooth and easy to pull. Now, if you’re specifically looking for a beach cooler, you may want to find something with more sand-friendly wheels. I think this cooler is best used for camping, BBQs and outdoor events, but it may not necessarily be to take on the sand itself.

In My Expert Opinion
Selecting a Ninja product like this is going to come with a hefty price tag. Overall, if you’re only someone who uses a cooler every now and then, you might not want to invest over $300 in a cooler.
But a cooler this large is going to cost you a decent amount regardless of what brand you select. The 5-year warranty and Ninja’s excellent customer service give you peace of mind when making a pricy purchase like this.
If you’re a regular camper or beach-goer, you’re going to want a cooler with this type of innovation. The biggest stand out feature of this wheeled cooler compared to others is the tray to keep beverages and food apart.
I think this is a huge pain point for many cooler users who are tired of soggy, runny sandwiches. Overall, the Ninja Frost Vault Cooler delivers the same quality, durability and functionality I’ve come to expect from SharkNinja products.
